We’ve all been taught it’s unsafe to put metal in the microwave. How many times have you stuck ice cream in the microwave, convinced you’ll only soften it up, and then ended up with soup? How silly do you feel now that you’re aware of the most glaringly obvious simple solution that’s been in front of yours face this whole time? You can wait and defrost the ice cream a bit. More so, it’s even useful if you scoop the ice cream using a true ice cream scooper. It won’t hurt a lot.
